Clock Out, Work Out

....Where did the weekend go? And how come today lasted forever?

And JUST HOW COME the gym sucks up so much of my night? Or should I say... getting to the gym, changing at the gym, cardio-ing at the gym, weight lifting at the gym, driving home from the gym... I mean I know we get out of work at 5. But somehow we get home between 7:30 and 8.

And I know I am definitely not working out for three hours every night.

...as do my hips! They can not tell/show a lie.

I can relate to this post so much!

I finish work by 7, but by the time i get back home its 10:(

It takes soooo long to get to the gym, then change, then wait for the treadmill, wait for the instructor cos he is always busy with others! Have a shower after work out and then get back.

And im sooo hungry after my workout, that i just end up eating double:(
